a)、This product and service: refers to the Dobi robot APP（hereinafter referred to as "Dobi" or "client software"）、the Qunyu intelligent terminal products corresponding to the client software, and the services provided to you, including but not limited to device connection, Bluetooth remote control, and programming services. The form of products or services includes client software and corresponding Qunyu intelligent terminals.
b)、Mobile devices：refer to devices that can be used to access client software services, such as tablets or smartphones.
3Affiliated company：refers to any party that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is jointly controlled with Qunyu, including but not limited to Guangdong Qunyu Interactive Technology Co., Ltd.The terms “control” and “subject to control”here respectively refer to the right to supervise a party's management policies through voting rights, agreements, or other means.

For example, when registering a client software account (if any), in order to avoid duplicate registration, we need to verify the uniqueness of all products or services under Qunyu for the intended account (if any). If affiliated companies want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will need to seek your authorization and consent again.

This product and service are only available in Chinese Mainland. In principle, the personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transmitted across borders.

１、Generally speaking, Qunyu will only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the processing purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise specified by applicable laws, regulations, or national normative documents.
２、After exceeding the above deadline, or if you voluntarily request the deletion of your personal information, or cancel your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations , unless applicable laws, regulations or national normative documents require the retention of this information for a longer period of time.
３、When this product and service cease operation, Qunyu will notify you through various means including push notifications and announcements, and delete your personal information stored on the server or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time.
7、How do you exercise your right to manage your personal information
（a）According to relevant laws, regulations, and standards in China, you have several rights in personal information processing activities, including:
1、You have the right to be informed and make decisions regarding the processing of your personal information, and have the right to restrict or refuse others from processing your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations;

3、You have the right to request the transfer of your personal information to the personal information processor you have designated;
4、If you find that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request the personal information processor to correct or supplement it;
5、You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information;
6、You have the right to request personal information processors to explain their personal information processing rules

（1）If the client software has set the option for account password and you have already registered an account, and you wish to access or edit your personal profile information, change your password, add security information, etc. in your account, you can click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the client software main interface, enter “APP settings” and perform the corresponding operations (specific settings may vary depending on the version, subject to actual page settings).
（2）If you are unable to access the above personal information through the above methods, you can contact us through the contact information described in the "10. How to Contact Us" section of this policy, and we will reply to your access request within 15 working days.
2、Correction and supplementation of personal information
In general, you can directly correct and supplement the content you have posted, and browse, modify, or delete the information you have submitted (if any) at any time. However, due to security and identity recognition considerations, you may not be able to independently modify certain initial registration information (if any) submitted during registration (such as information after real name authentication); If it is necessary for you to modify such information or if you find that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can contact us through the contact information described in the "10. 5、Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to revoke the authorization of mobile device system permissions. You can open your phone settings, find this client software in the application list, click enter, view and modify permissions (specific steps are subject to your mobile device system version). If you believe that you have the right to withdraw your other consent, you can contact us through the contact information provided in the "10. How to Contact Us" section of this policy and request to withdraw your consent. We will respond to your request to withdraw your consent within 15 working days. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. But your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
6、Cancel account
If the client software has set the option for account password and you have already registered your account, and you wish to cancel your account, you can click on the personal information icon in the upper left corner of the client software main interface, click on "cancel", and perform the corresponding operation (specific details may vary depending on the version, subject to actual page settings). If you are unable to cancel your account through the above methods, you can contact us through the contact information described in the "10. How to Contact Us" section of this policy, and we will verify and process it within 15 working days. You understand and acknowledge that if you choose to cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products and services that rely on account login. Your personal information related to registering an account with other products and services of Qunyu using your current phone number (hereinafter referred to as "Qunyu account") will also be deleted, except for the personal information related to the Qunyu official website mall under your Qunyu account (if any). After successful cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

If you have any questions, opinions, or suggestions regarding this policy or our products and services, you can click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the client software main interface - enter "APP Settings" - click "Help and Feedback" - click "Feedback" to perform the corresponding operations (specific details may vary depending on the version, subject to actual page settings). 8、In response to your above request
（1）We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you exercise the aforementioned personal information rights. After receiving your request, in order to ensure security, we may first require you to submit a written application and provide sufficient information to verify your identity (for example, we need you to provide your account (phone number or email), password, nickname, and other information to verify your identity), to ensure that the requester is yourself or a legally authorized person. 8、How do we protect the personal information of minors
（a）Qunyu attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors, and we will protect their personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. We consider anyone under the age of 18 as a minor and all minors under the age of 14 as children. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor, we will obtain the consent of your guardian before collecting your personal information. If your guardian requests us to correct or delete your personal information, we will take timely measures to correct, delete or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.
（b）We have specially formulated the 《Child Privacy Protection Policy》 for minors under the age of 14 who use this product and service.
