Terms of Use


Your trust is extremely important to us. We fully understand the importance of your personal information to you. We will implement appropriate security measures in accordance with laws and regulations to ensure the security and control of your personal information. Therefore, Jinrongsheng (or "we"), the service provider of the Xingjile App, has formulated this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and reminds you:


This Policy applies to all products and services provided by the Xingjile App. If our products or services and those of our affiliates (see the Definitions section for details) utilize products or services provided by the Xingjile App (for example, logging in with a Xingjile App account) but do not have a separate privacy policy, this Policy also applies to those products or services.


It should be noted that this Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. Services provided to you by third parties are subject to their separately disclosed privacy policies.


Before using any product or service on the Xingjile app, please carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the terms in bold/bold underlined. You should read these carefully and confirm your full understanding and agreement before using the app. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy, you can contact us through the various contact methods provided on the Xingjile app.


Part I: Definitions


Xingjile app service provider Jinrongsheng: refers to Shenzhen Jinrongsheng Technology Co., Ltd.


Xingjile app service provider: refers to Jinrongsheng, the internet information and software technology service provider for the Xingjile app.


Personal Information: refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.


Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information including identification number, personal biometric information, bank account number, financial information, whereabouts, transaction information, and information about children under 14 years of age (specific sensitive personal information will be prominently marked in bold in this Privacy Policy).


Personal Information Deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in performing daily business functions, rendering it unretrievable and inaccessible.


Child: refers to a minor under the age of fourteen.


Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this Policy have the same meanings as those in the Xingjile App Service Agreement.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Information


In order to use our services, including robot model building, logic programming, remote control operation, courses, and community, we will ask you to voluntarily provide the following personal information:


1. We may detect when you activated the product. Based on this information, we can provide content tailored to local user needs to improve the user experience.


2. Personal Information is information about how users use our apps. We collect this information to better understand how users use our products and provide more features that meet their needs. The Personal Information we may collect includes: the features you use, the actions you perform; the time, frequency, and duration of your online activities; and the pages you visit.


3. Since the app doesn't require login, to help you maintain a complete record of your product plans and programming, we may collect your device's Android ID as the default login credential for the app, preventing data loss during reinstalls or updates.


4. We may collect information such as your device model, software version, available storage or operating space, and Bluetooth signal strength to diagnose and analyze potential hardware and software defects and improve the user experience.


5. We may access your device settings, including: language (to provide content in relevant languages); region and country (to provide content tailored to your location); and network information (to provide mobile data usage reminders).


6. To identify your device ID and prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, OAID, MAC address), information about your installed applications, or information about running processes.


7. We will also request relevant permissions from your device, including camera, photo album, Bluetooth, positioning, network, storage, and microphone, so that we can provide functions such as photo taking, device connection, and storage. The specific information is as follows:


(1) Camera: used to scan the code to activate the product;


(2) Storage and photo album: used to cache resource files generated by the APP process and manage photos and videos taken by the robot;


(3) Bluetooth: used to connect and control the robot;


(4) Positioning: only used to scan the robot's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and will not obtain location information;


(5) Microphone and voice recognition: used for users to record sounds and recognize commands in voice control.


(6) Clipboard: used to implement programming content sharing services by reading the programming sharing code contained in the clipboard. Clipboard information is only processed locally on the device. We will not upload or store your clipboard information for any other purpose.


To ensure the stable operation and function implementation of our client and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed the SDK of authorized partners or other similar applications. We will fulfill our prudent obligations and conduct strict security monitoring of the software development kit (SDK) used by our partners to obtain information to protect data security. The third-party SDKs currently connected to the Xingjile App are listed as follows:


(1) Tencent Bugly SDK:


Application purpose or scenario: Used for Android and iOS crash log capture and analysis, and to monitor application quality at any time. In order to better and faster discover and fix problems in the APP.


SDK Service Provider: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.


Personal Data Collected: Device model, operating system version, operating system build number, Wi-Fi status, CPU attributes, available memory, disk space/free disk space, runtime phone status (process memory, virtual memory, etc.), IDFDV, region code

You understand and agree that:


1. We are committed to creating diverse products and services to meet your needs. Because we offer a wide variety of products and services, and because the specific product/service scope varies depending on the user, the basic/additional features and the types and scope of personal information collected and used may vary. Please refer to the specific product/service features for details.


2. To provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may launch new or enhanced features from time to time, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes in the purpose or method of using personal information. In this regard, we will further explain the purpose, scope, and use of the relevant information through updates to this policy, pop-ups, page prompts, and other means. We will also provide you with a way to choose your consent, and collection and use will only be done with your explicit consent. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions during this process, you can contact us through the various contact methods provided in the Xingjile app, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.


We collect and use your personal information to implement the following functions in this policy:


(I) Displaying product or service information for you


When you use our services, to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and provide you with page displays and search results that better suit your needs, we may automatically collect and store your usage information as network logs, including the following:


Device Information: Based on your specific actions during software installation and/or use, we will receive and record information about your device (including hardware and software characteristics such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier, device environment, and mobile application list), and device location information (including authorized GPS location and sensor information such as Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base stations).


Service Log Information: When you use the products or services offered on our website or client, we automatically collect and store detailed information about your use of our services as service logs, including browsing, click-throughs, search queries, favorites, after-sales service requests, follow-up sharing, postings, as well as your IP address, browser type, telecom carrier, language used, and access date and time.


Please note that device information and service log information alone cannot identify a specific individual. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific individual, or use it with personal information, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the combined use period. Unless we obtain your authorization or otherwise require by law or regulation, we will anonymize and de-identify this information.


In addition, we will use your information to continuously improve and optimize the aforementioned features.


(II) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution


When you contact us or submit requests for pre-sales service or dispute resolution, we will require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership status to protect your account and system security.


To facilitate contacting you, help you resolve issues as quickly as possible, or record solutions and results for related issues, we may store your correspondence/call history and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to verify relevant facts, or contact information you provide). If you inquire, complain, or provide suggestions regarding a specific order, we will use your account information and order information.


We may also use other information reasonably necessary to provide and improve our services, including the information you provide when contacting customer service and the responses you send us when participating in surveys.


(3) Providing Public Information Publishing Features such as Comments and Q&A


You can publicly publish information through our comment, purchase sharing, and other information publishing features, including posting images, text/video content, comments, and Q&A as a member.


We may determine whether you have access to certain features based on your membership type and online log information (for example, only members who have purchased a certain product can answer other members' questions about that product through the Q&A platform).


Please note that the information you publicly post may contain personal information, even sensitive personal information, such as images containing personal information when you upload a review. Please carefully consider whether to share or publicly share relevant information when using our services. If the information you publicly post contains the personal information of children, you must obtain the consent of the child's guardian before posting.


(IV) Providing Security


To enhance the security of your use of services provided by us and our affiliates and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, and the public, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the relevant terms and conditions of the Star Mile App, we have embedded an application security SDK developed by our affiliates in our applications to collect your device information and service logs. We may also use or integrate your membership information, transaction information, device information, service logs, and information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with law to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.


(V) Others


1. If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure you have legal authorization to share this personal information before providing it to the Xingjile App. If the information involves the personal information of children, you must obtain the consent of the child's guardian before publishing it. In such circumstances, the guardian has the right to contact us through the channels described in Article 9 of this Policy to request correction or deletion of the content involving the child's personal information.


2. If we use your information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or if we proactively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your prior consent.


If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will clearly require in writing that the third party has obtained your consent in accordance with the law before collecting your personal information and will inform you of the information being shared. We will also require your explicit confirmation of sensitive information before providing it to us. We will also require the third party to make a commitment regarding the legality and compliance of the source of the personal information. If the third party violates any of these regulations, we will clearly hold them legally responsible. Furthermore, our professional security team will strengthen the security of your personal information (including reporting sensitive information, encrypted storage of sensitive information, and access control). We will protect indirectly obtained personal information using the same protection methods and measures as we use for our own users' personal information.


3. Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent


You fully understand and agree that we do not need your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, or information request:


(1) Related to national security and national defense security;


(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;


(3) Related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;


(4) For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;


(5) Personal information that you have disclosed to the public on your own;


(6) Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.


(7) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of relevant agreements or other written documents with you;


(8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as discovering and handling product and/or service failures;


(9) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;


(10) Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct research based on public interests.
